John Standard has served as an
elder and pastor/teacher for twenty-five years at SBC. John graduated from
LSU in 1979, and then received a Master of Theology degree from Dallas
Theological Seminary. John teaches several times during the week. John
is originally from Springfield. He and his wife, Grace, have four children, Hannah, Johnnie, Joseph, and Jacob.
Bob Booker and his wife Sharon are founding members of SBC. Bob serves as an elder, teaches Sunday School, and has also taught "Walk through the Bible" classes. They have three children, and also enjoy their grandchildren.
Paul Eastvold and his wife, Karilyn, are founding members of SBC. Paul has served as an elder for many years, as well as treasurer. Paul is originally from Iowa. Paul and Karilyn have three sons, David, Jonathan, and Philip.
Bill Bretz serves as an elder and teaches Sunday school. Bill and his wife Dawn have five children. Bill enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with his family.
Harold Dameron has attended SBC for 25 years. He has served as a deacon for numerous years and is our morning worship leader and choir director. Harold is originally from Maryland and is an auto enthusiast.
Cliff Hunter serves as a deacon. He and his wife Marilyn have provided many years of faithfull servce to Springfield Bible Church. He serves in many areas including building upkeep.
Ted Lindquist and his wife Marilyn have
been members for many years. He serves in many areas including grounds
upkeep. Ted and Marilyn have three children, as well as numerous
grandchildren.
